Homeopathy is the second largest system of medicine in the world used by over 200 million people. It’s recognised by the World Health Organisation (WHO).

Homeopathic remedies are made from highly diluted substances, often derived from plants, minerals, or animals. 

The dilution process involves repeated steps of mixing the original substance with water or alcohol, and then shaking or succussing the mixture. This process potenizes the remedy, according to homeopathic principles.

There is nothing harmful in homeopathic remedies. 

Please take the remedy with a dry, clean mouth – at least 30 minutes before or after eating, drinking or smoking.

Don’t touch the remedy,if possible, empty it from the bottle or packet onto a spoon and then into your mouth. The remedy is absorbed through the soft tissue of the mouth and it is important therefore to let it dissolve. Don’t chew or swallow the pill – allow it to slowly dissolve under the tongue or against the gum.

Please try to avoid certain substances which are known to anti-dote homeopathic remedies, especially – coffee, things which are menthol related or contain camphor and mint. Toothpaste can sometimes cause problems.

Homeopathic remedies work on the body’s own energy and hence can sometimes slightly worsen some of the symptoms. If this happens, please don’t worry, it’s a positive sign and suggests the remedy is working. If the symptoms become out of hand then please let me know.
